Delta Children is a manufacturer of strollers sold in chain stores at opening price points. Many Delta strollers are sold under licensed brand names such as Jeep and Baby Gap.

Delta was founded by Louis Shamie as a baby furniture store in Brooklyn, NY in 1968. Louis three children, Louis Jr., Joesph and Sam expanded the business and went into manufacturing, first with cribs and later with strollers. Among Delta's first strollers was the Luv Buggy,
